5.1 Any personal information that is accumulated may be processed and stored in another country, and may be transferred between any of the countries that we conduct work in.

This information is therefore in the public domain and prevention and misuse of this information by others is possible. Z.Z SkinCare cannot be held accountable for this usage.

6.1 Our data collection policy is listed below and is designed to safeguard our legal obligations and ensure we follow these regarding the collection and storing on personal information.  

6.2 If personal information is collected and stored for a purpose for purposes, this should not be longer than necessary insofar as regarding the treatment, session, membership, or purpose it has been provided for.

6.3 Alongside 6.2, after 3 years of registration on our website, information that is stored will be deleted from our server, if no repeated business with Z.Z SkinCare is used, or if the information used is not in conjunction with any marketing material, for example the Z.Z SkinCare newsletter.

6.4 Not in prejudice with the policies stated so far in Section 6, personal information, and documentation, including digital and electronic documentation, will be retained for the following:

(a) if required to do so by the law,
