The below information contains the Z.Z SkinCare Terms and Conditions about the services we provide for clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment.

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR TREATMENT

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge the booking of your treatment.

 

 PAYMENT POLICY

 Payment can be made on the day of treatment.  

Payment can be taken through any major credit/debit card, cash and/or bank transfer.

 

REFUND POLICY


Z.Z SkinCare currently have a no refund policy for any treatment or products used. Z.Z SkinCare cannot be held responsible for any unknown side effects which may occur because of having laser or other treatments.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Please contact us about adapting the date or time of your booking, and we will let you know if the change is possible, depending on availability.

We have the right to make changes to your session time or date or treatment:

 

(i)               due to circumstances beyond our control; and/or

(ii)             to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and/or

(iii)           to implement minor technical adjustments and improvements.

 

We will contact you if changes need to be made, however this will not affect your use of our service.

 

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

All promotional offers are subject to availability.

MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONS

We must be notified in advance of any treatment if there is a medical reason for why your session cannot take place. Prior to booking, please contact us if you have, special physical concerns, diabetes, high blood pressure, if you may be pregnant or if you have a history of skin pigmentation.

 

PRACTITIONERS

All our practitioners are trained thoroughly in all treatments undertaken and on the company’s protocol. This is to ensure the comfort of customers and efficacy of treatments. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a practitioner that you have requested, nor can we guarantee a specific gender to carry out your treatment.

 

MAKE UP

Prior to any treatment, all make-up, perfume, deodorant and any oil-based products must be removed from the skin. Whilst the area will be cleansed by the practitioner, it is best to attend the session or treatment with a bare face. Any adverse reaction caused by the treatment due to dormant products is at your own risk. We cannot be held accountable and this is at your own risk.

 

LIABILITY POLICY

Z.Z SkinCare will not be held responsible for any economic loss or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage as a result of the purchase of any goods and/or services by the client. Your statutory will be protected. 

Prior to a treatment, it is a client’s responsibility to share with the practitioner any relevant medical information that may affect the outcome of the treatment. We will not be held liable if a client fails to disclose such details. Damage that may occur due to this will not be Z.Z SkinCare’s responsibility.

Z.Z SkinCare requires the client to agree, prior to treatment and regarding aftercare, with all instructions given to them by their practitioner. If these instructions are not followed regarding the care of the treated area, Z.Z. SkinCare cannot be held liable for any adverse reaction.

 

COMPLAINT POLICY

 If you are unhappy with the treatment you have received, please consult the Z.Z SkinCare manager who will deal with the issues raised.
